Meet us at Fintech Pulse 2026

Wandoo Finance’s founder and CEO, Iveta Brūvele, will join the panel discussion “Born in Latvia, Servicing the World” at Fintech Pulse 2026: Finance of the Future Forum on November 27 in Riga.
- Venue: Forum Cinemas, Riga
- Panel: Born in Latvia, Servicing the World
- Date & time: November 27, 14:35
- Stage: Main
The discussion will explore what drives Latvian fintechs to expand abroad, how they choose their first markets, and what they learn along the way. Panelists will share practical perspectives on navigating local regulation, finding partners, building teams across borders, and adapting to different customer needs. They will also consider Latvia’s strengths as a base for international business and what the ecosystem could do to help more companies grow beyond their home market.
Iveta will be joined by Toms Niparts, co-founder and CEO of Jeff; Oskars Lakšēvičs, Chief Commercial Officer at Handwave; and Mārtiņš Viļums, co-founder of Abillio. Anda Asere, Fintech Pulse editor and journalist, will moderate the discussion.
“International growth tests how well you understand your own business: which strengths you can build on across markets, and where you need a different approach. At Wandoo Finance, operating across Europe and Latin America has shown us how much depends on local knowledge, trusted teams and the ability to adapt. Sharing those lessons can help other founders make better decisions and give Latvia’s fintech ecosystem a clearer view of the support businesses need to expand,” says Iveta Brūvele.
Organized by the Fintech Latvia Association, the forum brings together the fintech community to discuss the sector’s development and future priorities. The program and registration details are available at fintechpulse.io.
